Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response. Most inquiries are answered within hours. This is very important as PayPal no longer refunds the fees for any reason. As a result, the PayPal fee cannot be refunded SHIPPING: *We will send the goods to you through China Post. If the goods are lost or detained by the Customs in China, we will reship the goods for you. If the goods are lost in the buyer's country or are detained by the local customs, the buyer will bear all responsibility. * If the shipment is "Refused" for any reason, the refund will be reduced by the shipping costs both ways plus a 40% restocking fee. PAYMENT: -We accept all Credit Cards securely through PayPal and Check/Money Order. *** ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*** * If an item is returned to us do to "Insufficient Address" or "Non-deliverable" the customer will be contacted via email. The customer will have 10 days to respond with accurate shipping information. The Customer will have to pay for the item to ship a second time.
